Student Development and Campus Life

BC L.E.A.D.s

BC L.E.A.D.s is Berkeley College’s Leadership Education and Development program. The purpose of BC L.E.A.D.s is to create an educational and interactive leadership development experience for Berkeley College students through ongoing workshops and networking opportunities. The program offers students the opportunity to learn about themselves as leaders, build on their current skills, enhance their resume, and connect with other student leaders.

In order to meet the needs of all students, Student Development and Campus Life offers these programs on-site and virtually. This format allows all students, regardless of their campus or schedule, to take advantage of the same benefits and leadership opportunities. The virtual view of the workshops are set up in an online course format with a recorded presentation and discussion boards conducted by SDCL staff.

After completing this program, students will be honored with a certificate for successful participation. Students will also receive special invitations to participate in additional leadership opportunities and programs within Student Development and Campus Life.

For more information, please contact your campus Assistant Dean or Director of Student Development and Campus Life.
