Office of Institutional Compliance
Berkeley College, like all other institutions of higher education in the United States, is required to comply with numerous federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The role of the Office of Institutional Compliance is to:
- monitor compliance with those requirements and recommend appropriate action;
- provide sound legal and regulatory guidance to the College community; and
- help develop policies, procedures, and processes that facilitate institutional goals while reducing risk and promoting ethical conduct.
