Sexual Harassment and Sexual Misconduct

The College Title IX (and Non-Title IX) Sexual Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy addresses (a) Title IX Sexual Harassment; (b) Non-Title IX/Other sexual and gender based harassment; (c) sexual assault; (d) domestic violence and dating violence; (e) stalking; and (f) sexual exploitation. The three corresponding Procedure documents outline 1) how the College shall receive, process, investigate and adjudicate these types of matters; and 2) student and associate rights, as well as College responsibilities, connected to these types of matters. The decision regarding which procedure document shall be used depends upon the nature and location of the alleged incident, as more fully described in the Title IX (and Non-Title IX) Sexual Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy.
