Andrea Nemeth was appointed Assistant Campus Operating Officer, New York City and White Plains, in April 2013. In this role, Ms. Nemeth provides assistance in overseeing day-to-day operations, finances, student and staff retention, and expansion at both Berkeley College locations. She also aids in monitoring policies related to personnel. She served as Assistant Campus Operating Officer, New York City from January 2012 to March 2013.
Ms. Nemeth served most recently as Director of Operations for Synergy Homecare in Woodland Park, NJ. She has extensive corporate experience in areas including management, financial analysis, and accounting for companies including Unilever, Tiffany & Co., A&P, Nabisco, and BMG Entertainment.
Ms. Nemeth is an alumna of Berkeley College, having earned an Associate's degree in Accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and German from Montclair State University and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in International Business from Schiller International University in Heidelberg, Germany.
Additionally, Ms. Nemeth serves on the Salvation Army Advisory Board in Montclair, and is a member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) Passaic Chapter. She remains an active volunteer in Alpha Kappa Psi, an international co-ed professional business fraternity; in 2007, she was the first female President elected in its history.
