Academic Project Specialist
Carol Smith was named Berkeley College Academic Project Specialist in October 2016. Previously she served as Assistant Provost and Interim Vice President of Academic Advisement. Ms. Smith began working at Berkeley College as the Dean of Advisement for the Garret Mountain Campus in Woodland Park (formerly West Paterson), NJ, in June 2008. Before coming to Berkeley College she worked at the College of Saint Elizabeth, NJ, where she served in a number of different roles, including Director of Continuing Studies and Saturday Fast Track Admissions, Director of Saturday Fast Track Programs, and Academic Advisor. In addition she taught graduate and undergraduate online and onsite courses at the College of Saint Elizabeth and Centenary College, NJ, and taught undergraduate business and management courses for Herzing University Online.
Professional Affiliations: Member of Sigma Beta Delta.
Degrees: M.B.A. in Global Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, NJ; a B.S. in Business Management from Centenary College, NJ; an A.S. in Business Management and an A.A. in Liberal Arts from the County College of Morris, NJ.
