Chair, Developmental Mathematics

Isben Jeudy was named Chair, Developmental Mathematics, in January 2014. He also serves as Professor, Developmental Mathematics. Mr. Jeudy previously served as Lead Instructor, Developmental Education, and Mathematics Coordinator, Academic Support Center.

He has presented on “Effective Mathematics Teaching Practices” and “Engaging Students with Discussion of the 7 Key Mathematical Ideas” at the New York State Association of Mathematics Supervisors, in 2010 and 2011, respectively.

Mr. Jeudy is a member of the New York State Association of Mathematics Supervisors, the Mathematical Association of America, the New York State Mathematics Association of Two-Year Colleges, and the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics.

He holds an M.S. and a P.D. from St. John’s University, NY, and a B.A. from Brooklyn College, City University of New York, NY.
