Marc Shur, Ph.D., was named Co-Chair, Math and Sciences, in September 2011. In this role, he reviews and maintains the Math and Sciences curriculum and supervises professors in this area for all Berkeley College locations in New York.

Dr. Shur joined Berkeley College in September 2009 as a Professor, Math and Sciences.

He is a member of the American Association of Physical Anthropologists, the American Society of Primatologists, the American Anthropological Association, the International Society of Primatologists, and the National Science Teachers Association.

Dr. Shur holds a Ph.D. from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, in New Brunswick, NJ; an M.A. from California State University in Fullerton, CA; and a B.S. in Wildlife Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
