Recording Classroom Lectures and Discussion Policy
Students are not permitted to record classroom lectures or discussions without written authorization from the Department Chair, the Director of Disability Services for New Jersey and New York campuses, or the designated Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)/Section 504 Coordinator. Violation of the policy may result in disciplinary action, which could include the suspension or dismissal of the student from the College. The Department Chair, the Director of Disability Services for New Jersey and New York campuses, or the designated ADA/Section 504 Coordinator may authorize recording of classroom lectures or discussions only, and to the extent reasonably necessary, to effect a reasonable accommodation to a student’s documented disability.
