Active duty US Navy personnel who meet the following requirements are eligible to participate in the Navy College Program Distance Learning Partnership (NCPDLP) with Berkeley College. Applicants must meet the following minimum guidelines:

• Graduated from high school or have successfully completed the GED examination.
  
• Have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0, or higher on all attempted college work at other regionally accredited colleges and universities.
  
• Complete an application and interview with a Berkeley College admissions counselor.
