|Students in the U.S. Navy are eligible for admission to Berkeley's seven degree programs in the Distance Learning Partnership on the basis of active Naval service. Berkeley College requires proof of High School completion or GED completion and encourages all applicants to declare Berkeley College as their home institution so the College may better serve their educational needs.
If you are interested in the many programs offered by Berkeley College, please contact us at navy@BerkeleyCollege.edu or call us at 1-800-446-5400 ext. USN to speak with a Berkeley associate who will be able to answer any questions about any of our programs.
General Admission: Apply over the Internet using an Online Application. Alternatively, those applicants who prefer a traditional paper application to be submitted via mail, fax or in person may download a Traditional Application in Adobe (.pdf) format.
If Berkeley College is your home institution, you will need to complete a Student Agreement Form with a Berkeley College associate. Please ensure you obtain your SMART transcript and transcripts from all other secondary schools you have attended. Also, determine if you are eligible for DANTES credit.
Once Berkeley College receives your application, SMART transcripts and all other documentation, a Berkeley College admissions associate will contact you with next steps. If accepted into the U.S. Navy Distance Learning Program, you will then need to ensure you apply for your benefits under the Navy Tuition Assistance Program.
Enroll. A Berkeley College advisor will discuss your desired program with you, the course credits you have been awarded, and what courses you need to continue towards degree completion. Your advisor will review with you the available courses in the online schedule for the next quarter and will sign you up for the course(s) you select.
