Refunds and Withdrawals

Self-Paced Courses

No refunds or credits will be issued for self-paced online classes once a student has logged into the course. If a student has not logged in and wishes to withdraw from a non-credit course, he/she should do so officially by submitting a withdrawal request via email to advisementonline@BerkeleyCollege.edu. Merely ceasing to attend a class does not constitute official withdrawal. A student who officially withdraws from a non-credit course before logging in will be issued a credit that may be applied toward future non-credit programs. Non-credit tuition credits must be used within one year of date of issue. If a non-credit course is cancelled, the College will issue a full refund.

Berkeley College reserves the right to refuse enrollment in or admittance to any non-credit course to any student who, in the sole judgment of the College, engages in conduct that interferes with the learning experience or safety of any person in the Berkeley College community.

No refunds will be issued after the second week of the program. Withdrawal requests must be submitted via email to advisementonline@BerkeleyCollege.edu.

18-Week Facilitator-Led Courses

Students who officially withdraw from the course prior to the end of the third week (21 days after start date) will receive a refund equal to 50 percent of the course tuition. Withdrawal requests must be submitted via email to advisementonline@BerkeleyCollege.edu.
