Areas of Practice: Civil Litigation, Real Estate Law, Building and Zoning Code Violations, Eminent Domain.
Background: Professor Singer juggles his 15-year Law Practice with his position as full-time professor in the Legal Studies Department. He teaches the following courses: Business Law I and II, International Business, Criminal Law, Real Estate Law, Business Organizations, Paralegal Intro, and Litigation.
A retired New York City and Greenburgh Police Officer, Professor Singer served for a time dual roles in law (handling real estate transactions almost exclusively), and law enforcement. While in the police force he participated in Operation Pressure Point II, an aggressive campaign that sought to take the streets back from drug-dealers and gun-runners.
Degrees: Professor Singer has an A.S. from Westchester Community College, a B.S. from Mercy College, and a Doctor of Law Degree from Pace University School of Law.
