Glen Zeitzer, Ph.D.

Position: Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs, New York

Areas of Expertise: Leadership and development in both non-profit and for-profit colleges and universities.

Background: Dr. Zeitzer served as President of the New York City campus from 1990 through 1994, leading the College through a rigorous initial accreditation process in 1993. In 2000 and 2001, he served as Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs of the New Jersey campuses, where he played a major role in securing State approval for the College’s first baccalaureate degree, the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Dr. Zeitzer has also served at a variety of institutions of higher education including Adelphi University, The French Culinary Institute, and the New England Institute of Technology.

Professional Affiliations: Dr. Zeitzer has been elected to serve two terms as a Commissioner to the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, a regional accrediting association.

Degrees: Dr. Zeitzer holds a Ph.D. in American and European History from Bryn Mawr College, an M.A. in European History from New York University, and a B.A. from the University of Cincinnati.
