Background: Professor Weissman has been with Berkeley College since 2003, and has served as a faculty member at various universities for more than 32 years. His corporate world experiences include Senior Vice President at the New York-based Lawrence Stevens Fashions, Ltd; Stage II Apparel, Inc.; and RPM Clothing, Inc. In addition Professor Weissman has served as the Chairman of the Apparel Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs.
Professional Affiliations: Certified Public Accountant in New York, New Jersey, and Arizona; Chairman of New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves on that Society’s Committee on Education in Colleges and Universities; Member, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Accounting Association, New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Arizona State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Degrees: M.B.A. in Finance from Long Island University; B.B.A. in Accounting from the City University of New York.
