Originally an art student at the School of Visual Arts, Alan Kaplan recently returned to art after 30 years as a well-known award-winning fashion and commercial photographer. He exhibited his photographs at Berkeley College earlier this year.

The exhibit is open to the public Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm and on Saturday from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Berkeley College Exhibits Art with Quality — the Work of the Brooklyn Streetcar Artists' Group

Berkeley College is exhibiting the work of artists from the Brooklyn Streetcar Artists’ Group (BSAG). Founded in 2009, BSAG found a home in Coney Island Hospital, Brooklyn, maintaining a gallery year-round with three to four rotating shows annually. BSAG also works with local schools, showing students’ work between regular exhibitions. It has grown to become one of the premier organizations in Brooklyn to exhibit the work of current artists.

The exhibit is open to the public Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
