MSN Admissions Checklist

Here’s a list of the items you’ll need for your Admissions file:

Directions for MSN FAFSA:

To apply for financial aid, you must submit the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).

Once you have created or retrieved your FSA ID your next steps are:

2024-2025 FAFSA

  • Click to begin your 2024-2025 FAFSA
    • Please note, you will need your 2022 Federal Taxes.
  • Be sure to use Berkeley College’s school code New Jersey: 007502
  • In order to make it a Graduate FAFSA, under the Student Demographics section please answer:

What will your college grade level be when you begin the 2024-2025 school year?

1st year college graduate/professional (MSN, MBA, MD, PhD, etc.)

What college degree or certificate will you be working on when you begin the 2024-2025 school year?

College graduate or professional degree (MSN, MBA, MD, PhD, etc.)

Will you have your first bachelor’s degree by July 1, 2024?

If you graduated prior to July 1, 2024, then your answer is YES, but if you are completing your bachelor's during the 24-25 year then the answer on the 24-25 FAFSA should be NO.

At the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year, will you be working on a master’s or doctorate program (such as an MSN, MA, MBA, MD, JD, PhD, EdD, graduate certificate, etc.)?

YES

  2. Calling the Berkeley College Financial Aid Help Desk 833-613-1364. We're available at any time between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM to assist with FAFSA completion and to answer your questions about the financial aid process!
