Financial Aid

To apply for financial aid, you must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Please note:

  • Students starting the winter 2026 term must file the 2025-2026 FAFSA using your 2023 taxes.
  • Students starting the spring and fall 2026 term must file the 2026-2027 FAFSA using your 2024 taxes.

The College encourages all students to submit the most recent FAFSA available each year starting October 1st. Doing so ensures your financial aid can be determined in a timely manner.

  1. Create your Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID and password at https://studentaid.gov/fsa-id/create-account/launch
  2. Be sure to use Berkeley College's school code New Jersey: 007502.
  3. In order to make it a Graduate FAFSA, under the Student Demographics section please answer:

What will your college grade level be when you begin the 2025-2026 school year?
