Berkeley College Valedictorian Succeeds in Employment Law Career

Berkeley College alumna Louise Trezza

Louise Trezza took no shortcuts while attending Berkeley College, taking the time to meet one-on-one with professors when needed. The hard work paid off for Ms. Trezza, who went from being named valedictorian of her class to a successful career in employment law.

Ms. Trezza was raised in Little Falls, NJ. Now a resident of Flanders, NJ, she earned an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Berkeley College in 1995. She went on to earn a B.A. from Montclair State University, a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and a certificate in Human Resource Studies from Cornell University.

Ms. Trezza made a transition to human resource management before returning to employment law as Compliance and Employment Counsel for chemical producer BASF. Based out of their Florham Park, NJ, headquarters, she provides employment and compliance advice to BASF’s business and human resource partners.
