Berkeley College’s AAS, Financial Services degree program does not qualify students to sit for the CFP Examination. Generally, candidates for such certification or registration need to complete a combination of specified educational programs registered with the CFP Board of Standards, Inc. and/or
experience requirements, demonstrate good moral character (which may include an absence of criminal convictions), and pass a licensing examination. Applicants for whom such
requirements may be matters of concern are strongly advised to contact an Admissions Associate prior to enrolling in a financial services program.
