Faculty Grievance Procedures

It is the College's policy that all associates, including faculty, should have an opportunity to present their work-related complaints and appeal management decisions through a grievance procedure. The College will attempt to promptly resolve all grievances that are appropriate under this policy. An appropriate grievance is defined as a faculty member's expressed feeling of dissatisfaction concerning any interpretation or application of a work-related policy by management, supervisors, or other associates.
