Berkeley College Laptop Purchase Program
Berkeley College offers students the opportunity to purchase a laptop directly from the College. This is an optional program and there is no obligation to purchase a laptop from the College.
A student who is “aid eligible” (a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen also known as a Green Card holder) may be entitled to use federal aid to cover some or all of the cost of the laptop provided the student has fully completed their financial aid application. There is no guarantee that there will be enough financial aid to help cover the purchase of the laptop.
Veterans or active military members receiving benefits are eligible for this program, however, those benefits may not be applied to the cost of the laptop. Those students receiving benefits from Chapter 31 may obtain a laptop directly from the Veterans Administration, and therefore it is not recommended that such students purchase a laptop from Berkeley.
If interested, students should contact their Campus Operating Officer (COO) or other official at the College. They will be able to provide an application link as well as the estimated cost of a laptop.
