Edward J. Yaw, EdD
Edward J. Yaw has been with County College of Morris (CCM) since 1980, and became President in 1986. County College of Morris is a publicly supported community college dedicated to meeting the needs of area residents and employers for educational advancement and career training. He has served as Chair of the New Jersey Presidents' Council and was a member of the New Jersey Commission on Higher Education. Dr. Yaw has also led accreditation evaluation teams on behalf of the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association.
Dr. Yaw earned his EdD from Columbia University, his MS from Southern Illinois University, and his BA from Harpur College, SUNY Binghamton. Prior to his appointment as CCM’s President, Dr. Yaw held the position of Dean of Academic Affairs. He previously served as Associate Dean of Academic Affairs for Adelphi University, NY.
