Michael Iris, EdD

Michael Iris is an accomplished higher education professional with a wealth of experience. In addition to his role as the Associate Vice President of Alumni Relations and Career Services at Berkeley College, he now has expanded responsibilities as Associate Vice President, Institutional Assessment. Previously, Dr. Iris served as the Director of Career Development at Centenary University, where he successfully launched a technology-focused Career Center. His leadership skills were further demonstrated during his tenure as the Vice President of Marketing for the New Jersey Association of Colleges and Employers (NJACE), later known as The New Jersey Career Center Consortium (NJC3). He served as a board member until 2016, contributing his expertise to advance the organization's goals.

In recognition of his professional achievements, Dr. Iris participated in the Leadership Morris program in 2016 with the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, the New Jersey Supreme Court appointed him to serve as a public ethics investigator for the District XA Ethics Committee for Morris County, a testament to his commitment to upholding ethical standards in his community.
