Michele Figueroa

Michele Figueroa was named Senior Director for Institutional Assessment and Career Services in February 2026. In this role, she provides leadership across assessment initiatives and career services operations.

Ms. Figueroa joined Berkeley College in April 2012 in Admissions at the New York City campus and transferred to Career Services in 2015. She was promoted to Director of Reporting and Technology in 2018. Ms. Figueroa has received several Berkeley College awards, including the Extra Mile Award, the President’s Award for making a difference, and the Associate of the Year for Customer Service.

From 2021-2023 Ms. Figueroa had also served as the Co-chair of the Criminal Justice Reform Committee of the League woman voters for New York City. She actively volunteers with the Community Food Bank for NJ through the Berkeley College Student Development and Campus Life department.

Ms. Figueroa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Pre-Law from New Jersey City University in 2000 and a Master of Science in Education from the University of Central Missouri in 2003.
