Ronald Subia

Ronald Subia currently serves as the Assistant Director for the School of Health Studies, Career Services. Subia, who joined Berkeley College in May 2017, brings nearly two decades of experience in administration, talent acquisition, business development, and human resources to his new role.

With more than 19 years of professional experience, Subia has excelled in full cycle recruitment, employer relations, event organization and management, and marketing initiatives. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he is recognized for his ability to foster meaningful connections and drive professional growth. Additionally, as a graduate Life Coach specializing in Health and Wellness, he integrates a holistic and positive approach into the workplace, enhancing the support available to students and alumni in the School of Health Studies.

Subia has been an active member of the local business community, serving as an Ambassador for the North Jersey Chamber of Commerce from November 2018 to October 2024. His dedication to professional development and networking has contributed to strengthening industry partnerships and opportunities for Berkeley College students.
