Susana G. Baumann, is the Founder, President, CEO and Editor in Chief of Latinas in Business, Inc., and the Founder and former Director of LCSWorldwide, a multicultural marketing communications consulting firm located in New Jersey. 

An Argentinean-American immigrant, Ms. Baumann founded LCSWorldwide in 1996 and worked with government agencies, nonprofits and corporations in nine states to increase their influence in the Latino market through strategic outreach planning and implementation, staff and organizational development, marketing and promotional multicultural campaigns, language and cross-cultural training, and event facilitation. A highlight of her career was to be in the WebJunction.com Trainers’ Cohort for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Spanish Outreach Program in 2007 and 2008. 

Ms. Baumann is the author of ¡Hola, amigos! A Plan for Latino Outreach, which was published in 2010 by ABC-CLIO Inc. She has been featured in national media outlets, including The Huffington Post and Tiempo on WABC-TV. 

In 2002, Ms. Baumann launched the first side-by-side bilingual newspaper in New Jersey, Periódico Latino!, featuring news and stories to promote the achievements of Latinos in the Garden State. 

Ms. Baumann is the recipient of numerous awards, including the LISTA Summit Latina Excellence Award, the TECLA Award for Best Business and Finance Blog, and the Red Shoe Movement Leader Award. In 2017, she was named a Latina of Influence by Hispanic Lifestyle magazine, and in 2013, she was named Journalist of the Year by the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey.
