Valeria Aloe

Director, Hispanic Entrepreneurship Training Program, Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey and Principal, AlphaQuest Consulting

Born in General Belgrano, a small town in Argentina, Valeria Aloe began her professional career at the age of 18. Being the first in her family to attend college, she relocated to the capital city of Buenos Aires, where she began working full time while attending Universidad Catolica Argentina, obtaining two undergraduate degrees, in Finance and Business Administration, with honors.

In 2001, her home country faced an unprecedented economic crisis and recession. Ms. Aloe embraced this challenge as an opportunity to pursue her dream of a higher education degree abroad. In 2002, Ms. Aloe and her husband moved to the United States, where she enrolled in a Master of Business Administration program at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

A seasoned business and marketing professional with more than 20 years of work experience in leading global companies, including Procter & Gamble, Citibank, Reckitt Benckiser, PriceWaterhouse Coopers, and TIAA, as well as mid-sized companies and startups, Ms. Aloe opened her own business a decade ago. She is now the Principal and Founder of AlphaQuest Consulting, an MWBE-certified company that specializes in new products and programs conception and launch, multicultural innovation, small business development, and group and individual training, and that serves Fortune 500s, mid-sized businesses, and nonprofits.

Ms. Aloe advocates for women and minorities in New Jersey as the Director of Entrepreneurship at the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey. She and her team relaunched the Hispanic Entrepreneurship Training Program, a program created by successful business owners for entrepreneurs. This unprecedented success and an ever-growing demand for this free program, led to the inception of the Latina Entrepreneurship Training Series, a trailblazing educational program launching in 2020.
