November 4, 2020

Dear Berkeley College Community,

Berkeley College is modifying on-site campus operations for the remainder of the Fall 2020 semester and for the start of the Winter 2021 semester.

Beginning this week, on-site student support services will be primarily offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, or by appointment. All student services remain accessible remotely Monday through Friday. If you are planning to visit a campus to meet with a Berkeley College associate/department, you are strongly encouraged to call or email the associate/department before visiting.

As of Monday, November 30, all hybrid classes will be conducted virtually through December 19 (the last day of the fall semester), except classes with laboratory requirements in the School of Health Studies, and some lab or studio courses in the Graphic Design and Interior Design programs in the School of Professional Studies. Students with questions about their hybrid classes should reach out to their faculty members.

All winter semester classes, which begin on Monday, January 4, 2021, will be conducted virtually from January 4 – January 31, 2021. A combination of online and hybrid classes will be offered at all campuses for the winter semester. To register for classes, or if you have any questions about registration for next semester, please contact your Academic Advisor.

The College’s Coronavirus Task Force continues to monitor the pandemic and considers every aspect of on-site and remote operations in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the governors of New Jersey and New York, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Be sure to take good care of yourself and do everything you can to stay safe and healthy. Finish the semester strong!
