Berkeley College will host a Fashion Summer Workshop for high school seniors at 1 p.m. The workshop will feature speakers from Macy’s, Calvin Klein, Free Assembly and the Donegar Group. Berkeley College professors will examine emerging trends including sustainable fashion, and will present information on how to create a brand story, develop a target market and mission statement, and select influencers that best represent your brand. Berkeley College will host a Legal Studies, Justice Studies and National Security Summer Workshop for high school seniors at 1 p.m. The workshop will feature speakers from the Superior Court of NJ in Passaic County, the Middlesex County Jail and the FBI. Berkeley College professors from the Justice Studies and Legal Studies programs will examine images and footage of actual crime scenes and will present information on civil rights, use of force, burden of proof and other topics. In the area of National Security, the growing need for trained, qualified professionals to address threats to safety will be discussed.
