WHAT: The Berkeley College School of Health Studies will honor 22 graduates of its Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to Bachelor of Science (BSN) program and 12 graduates of its Practical Nurse program at an in-person pinning ceremony on Friday, August 6, 2021.
Many of the graduates served as healthcare volunteers in their communities at the height of COVID-19, including through an initiative at Clifton, NJ, which vaccinated about 5,000 local and state residents.
Graduates and faculty from the School of Health Studies will be available for interviews about the intersection of healthcare and public health, and how they feel to be part of the healthcare workforce in the time of COVID-19.
