Welcome!
I have been a member of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), both of which are good organizations that help me stay current with various topics, education trends, and technology.
I recently had an opportunity to share my views on having a “Growth Mindset” as a panel speaker at the New Jersey Association of Business Owners – “Grow and Scale Up” event in January, which included the role that learning and education play in this mindset.
Another way I stay current in my role is by taking continuing education courses.
