Students’ eligibility to participate in the Commencement Ceremony is subject to satisfactory program completion. Students who have/will have successfully completed their program/degree by April 2025 can participate in the 2025 Commencement.
- Spring 2024 (August 2024 graduates)
- Fall 2024 (December 2024 graduates)
- Winter 2025 (April 2025 graduates)
- Spring 2025
- Certificate: Students in certificate programs who have not completed their prescribed course of study by the end of the winter term are not eligible to participate in spring Commencement exercises.
- Associate and Bachelor’s degree candidates enrolled in 6 or fewer credits
- Master’s degree candidates enrolled in 3 or fewer credits
There are no restrictions on the number of guests you can bring.

The deadline to order your cap and gown has closed. You can pick up a cap and gown at the Prudential Center on the day of the commencement ceremony.
Graduation Photos
- The opportunity to take graduation portraits on campus has ended. Previously, graduates could schedule a free photo sitting and then purchase photos through the Grad Team Photography team.
- However, Grad Team Photography will be on site at the commencement ceremony to photograph graduates as they exit the stage. These photos will be available for purchase after the event.

- To order your class ring, please visit the Jostens website to make your selection and complete your purchase.
