Amount

Up to $2,500 per term ($7,500 per calendar year) off tuition after all federal and state grants and other resources are considered.*

Eligibility for New Students

The scholarship is open to: New high school, adult, and transfer students, and new VA benefit recipients.

Requirements and Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be an immediate family member (parent, spouse, partner, sibling, or child) of a 2025 or 2026 Berkeley College graduate. The name of the Berkeley College graduate must be provided.
  • Must apply and be accepted to Berkeley College.
  • Must submit a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
  • Must be enrolled full-time in a degree program.

Renewability Requirements

  • Must maintain Berkeley College cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher at the end of each standard academic year.
  • Must maintain continuous, consecutive term enrollment. May be considered for eligibility upon readmission after one full semester out.

Restrictions and Disclosures

Grant Restrictions

May be combined with the Berkeley College Grant and Berkeley TAP/TAG Grant. Cannot be combined with any other Berkeley College grants or scholarships.

Calculation Terms

*Grant award is determined after all federal grants, state grants, state scholarships, Berkeley College grants and scholarships (not need-based), outside resources (such as private scholarships, VA benefits other than Post-9/11 GI Bill®, tuition reimbursement, etc.), and direct subsidized loans have been applied, not to exceed the remaining tuition amount.
