Equal Opportunity Violations and Sexual Misconduct

The College Equal Opportunity Policy addresses sexual discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault and additional sexual misconduct related violations as well as other types of equal opportunity violations.The respective Associate and Student Equal Opportunity Complaint Procedures include procedures for reporting, investigating and adjudicating these types of alleged violations as well as College responsibilities and student/associate rights during these matters.
