Julio C. Monroy

Julio Monroy is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Marketing at Getinge, a global leader for over 100 years in providing high-tech and IT solutions to hospitals that contribute to effective therapies and efficient workflows to improve patient care. Prior to joining Getinge, he held a series of marketing positions at Olympus Surgical America in Orangeburg, NY, and Pfizer, Inc. in New York City. In total he has nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

Julio was elected to Berkeley College’s Board of Trustees in 2013. He is a former Berkeley College adjunct professor and alumnus. Julio graduated from Berkeley College with a degree in Management and earned his M.B.A. from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University.
