Samuel H. Lloyd, DPS, was appointed Associate Chair, Berkeley College Online®, Management, Larry L. Luing School of Business, in June 2011. In this role, he is responsible for the overall administration of his academic department to ensure its academic quality, integrity, and viability in all aspects.

Dr. Lloyd joined Berkeley College in 1999, and has taught courses in Human Resources, Management Principles, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory and Development, International Economics, and Electronic Business. Prior to joining Berkeley College, Dr. Lloyd was Adjunct Instructor for the MBA program in Management Theory and Organizational Behavior at Adelphi University, Long Island City, NY. Also, he was the Founder and President of Trinvest Services Corporation, Inc. and Resoline.com, working in Human Resources consulting. He worked for IBM in Human Resources, Manufacturing and Engineering Support, and Site Services.

He was a U.S. Army officer and is a Vietnam veteran, achieving the rank of Captain and receiving the Joint Services Commendation Medal.

Dr. Lloyd holds a DPS in Management from Pace University, New York, NY; an MA in Economics from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL; a BS in Mathematics from Florida A&M University, Tallahassee, FL; and a Certificate in Creating Web Pages from Eastern Carolina University, Greenville, NC.
