Samuel J. Morreale

Prior to forming Vision Equities in 2006, Samuel J. Morreale spent nine years as one of the original founders of a Goldman Sachs Whitehall Operating Company that owned and operated in excess of 15 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and retail real estate in the Northeast. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Morreale worked for two of the largest owner/developers in the New Jersey, Philadelphia, and New York markets and managed their leasing and development teams for the prior 15 years. He was responsible for major corporate relationships and new business development.

As Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Morreale oversees acquisition and development activities and is responsible for the implementation of the firm’s development and redevelopment opportunities. Further responsibilities include overseeing new relationships with clients and capital markets as well as spearheading all transactions for the firm. Mr. Morreale graduated from Villanova University with his BS in Business Administration in addition to completing additional graduate studies at Seton Hall University. He is an active alumnus and is engaged with the Villanova School of Business in new program development, specifically a Center of Excellence in Real Estate.

Mr. Morreale was elected to the Berkeley College Board of Trustees in March 1992. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
