Warren J. Martin, Jr., Esq
Warren is Co-Chair of the Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group and a Principal in the law firm of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, and P.C. in Morristown, NJ. He has been on Berkeley College’s Board of Trustees since 1999.
Warren serves on the Board of the Arthritis Foundation, New Jersey. Previously he served as a Trustee and Vice Chairman of the Board of Bergen Community Regional Blood Center, and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Rutgers Law School.
He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and is active in the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Healthcare Committee.
Warren graduated from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, cum laude.
