Berkeley College Appoints Paul R. Kleschick as Associate Provost, Student Academic Engagement and Success

BERKELEY COLLEGE APPOINTS PAUL R. KLESCHICK AS ASSOCIATE PROVOST, STUDENT ACADEMIC ENGAGEMENT AND SUCCESS |
Paul R. Kleschick, has been appointed as Associate Provost, Student Academic Engagement and Success at Berkeley College. A Philadelphia native with more than 21 years of experience in corporate information technology and higher education, Mr. Kleschick has held positions of varying responsibility in the registrar and academic affairs areas at American International College, St. Joseph’s University, Georgetown University, Temple University, and The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, among others. He expects to receive a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California next year.
In his new role, Mr. Kleschick will provide administrative oversight for the Berkeley College Office of Academic Advisement, Center for Academic Success, and Library Services. Working collaboratively with the deans, department chairs, faculty, and all student-serving offices, he will drive initiatives that assess and develop student services and success, including developing and managing early intervention systems for at-risk students, advancing integrated advisement systems, improving student retention and graduation rates, and enhancing career development opportunities.
Mr. Kleschick’s principle interests are in business and organizational development needs, as well as mentoring and employee engagement. He has authored articles in the areas of communications and mentoring published by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACROA) and he has held committee and executive positions with various professional organizations at the local, regional, and national levels. He holds a BS in Biology from Cabrini University in Radnor, PA; an MEd in Higher Education Administration from Temple University; an MBA from Philadelphia University; and is completing an EdD in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California.
