Student Accounts Department
Student Accounts is your source for information regarding the billing and payment of your tuition and fees at Berkeley College. It’s also a central place to find many of the forms you may need.
Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to find and understand the information you need. We encourage you to take an active role in your finances and know your rights and responsibilities. A college education is an important investment, and we’re here to help you get the most from it.
The Student Accounts Department is responsible for
- The billing and collection of tuition and fees
- Establishment of student payment plans
- Processing of student refunds and withdrawals
- Preparation of Statement of Accounts (e.g. for employer tuition reimbursement)
View Your Account
To view your account or pay your bill by credit card, please log on to Engage and access Student Self Service.
In order to keep track and understand information regarding your account, we suggest the following:
- Review and retain all correspondence sent to you by Berkeley College. Have this information available when contacting the Student Accounts Department.
- Check the Student Accounts section of Engage regularly for important electronic announcements and to keep track of deadlines and policies.
- Check your Berkeley College email address regularly as personal notices and billing information will be emailed directly to you. Delete unneeded emails to prevent your email account from becoming full.
- Contact us with questions via email or phone.

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
