Aleks Pusoski, 28, of Totowa, NJ, will graduate in May 2022 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Berkeley College. Pusoski completed his graduate degree while working full-time for Marriott Hotels and fulfilling responsibilities as a Mortuary Affairs Specialist with the U.S. Army Reserve.
“My schedule requires a lot of planning, time management and dedication,” said Pusoski, who is a Room Operations Manager at the St. Regis Hotel – a Forbes five-star luxury hotel overlooking Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. “My job is in New York City, I live in North Jersey and my Army Reserve Unit is in Staten Island. Online classes made it easier since I’m all around.”
Pusoski will graduate with honors during the Berkeley College Commencement ceremony on Friday, May 13, 2022, at Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. He said a virtual environment provided the best of both worlds in higher education – convenience and quality.
“The fact that we learn from professors in the business world – all of them with a lot of experience – makes you excited to take the next step professionally,” Pusoski said.
