Cadjnie Cameau is an Honors scholar pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration at Berkeley College in Midtown Manhattan, NY.
Cameau serves as a Student Aide to the Campus Operating Officer, and recently accepted an internship with MarketSmith, a woman-owned media and creative agency. She has served as a campus representative on the Student Government Association Board, and is a member of the Association of Proprietary Colleges’ Student Leadership Council, where she advocates on behalf of students for the continuation of New York State Tuition Assistance Program.
In 2021, Cameau was a member of the Berkeley College team to receive an honorable mention at the Black Inventors Hall of Fame Inaugural Design Thinking Collegiate Challenge hosted in Tulsa, OK, during which the students presented an idea for an app to prevent human trafficking in young girls.
Cameau is a regular recipient of President’s List honors for her academic achievements. She will graduate in spring 2023.
She was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
