Berkeley College has named Randy Gómez as Director, Corporate and Community Relations, for the Berkeley College Corporate Learning Partnership program in New York. In this role, Gómez cultivates relationships with businesses, local governments, and nonprofits, facilitating higher education and training initiatives for their workforce. She is a native of Brooklyn, and currently resides in Baldwin, NY.
Gómez also serves as President of Prospanica’s New Jersey Chapter, a professional organization that empowers Hispanic professionals to achieve their educational, economic, and social potential.
Gómez joined Berkeley College in 2005, rising to the position of Senior Director, Admissions, where she played a pivotal role in the launch of new Berkeley College campuses. Prior to joining Berkeley College in her current role, Gómez worked closely with the New York Department of Education in expanding career exploration programs and led the international expansion at Sparx Labs, a global technology lab that specializes in emerging technology including blockchain and artificial intelligence.
The Berkeley College Corporate Learning Partnership program offers discounted tuition and customized training to employees seeking skills to advance their careers. More than 150 companies are currently enrolled in the program.

Gómez holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercy University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration – Marketing from Berkeley College.
