Roberts-Turner holds faculty appointments at George Washington University as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics for the School of Medicine and Health Sciences and a Senior Clinical Service Professor for the School of Nursing. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at The John Hopkins School of Nursing. Roberts-Turner led the creation and execution of the Division of Nursing Strategic Plans.
