Admissions LiveChat operators in the Enrollment Services Department are available from 7:30 AM to 1:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. After hours, students can leave a message through LiveChat and will receive a reply within 24 hours.

Advisement LiveChat is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM with an off-hours message service.

Helpdesk LiveChat is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
