Berkeley College will host a program sponsored by North Jersey Villages and the Conversation of Your Life (COYL) Task Force of Bergen County that encourages individuals to inform their friends, family and doctors about their end-of-life wishes. This free event is open to the public. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Attendees will learn about and discuss:

In 2015, the Quality Institute created the Conversation of Your Life (COYL) program, which provides mayors and community partners with tools to develop a community conversation around end-of-life care planning in a culturally sensitive and accessible way. There are 11 counties across New Jersey with county task forces, including Bergen, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset and Union.
