The event features a networking reception and a masterclass on small business branding.

“This year marks the 10th anniversary of Women’s Entrepreneurship Week at Berkeley College and a decade of celebrating women who share their stories, successes, and challenges to inspire the next generation of women entrepreneurs,” said Kelly J. Depsee, Senior Director, Communications, Berkeley College. “Our 2025 theme, ‘Trailblazers of Today, Leaders of Tomorrow,’ recognizes the power of women uplifting one another and leading the way to a more equitable future in business.”

The 2025 event features a networking reception in partnership with Aamira Garba, CEO of the New Jersey-based wine company LoveLee Wine, and a masterclass with Stella Cicarone, a strategist who has led marketing and public relations teams for some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Martha Stewart, Emeril Lagasse, Sur La Table, and The Children’s Place.

Sponsors include KGM Consulting, LoveLee Wine, the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce, and ShopRite of Little Falls.
