Business Elite Awards, an international organization dedicated to recognizing outstanding leadership and professional excellence, honored Panagiota Babadelis, Senior Director, Marketing and Communications, Berkeley College, among its 2026 “40 Under 40” honorees during a reception on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at The St. Regis New York. Babadelis is a resident of West New York, NJ.
“The ‘40 Under 40’ Gala represents far more than professional recognition – it is a celebration of vision, ambition, and the remarkable individuals shaping the future of business,” said Viktor Gjorgjieski, PhD, Director, Business Elite Awards. “We were proud to host this year’s event at The St. Regis New York once again and bring together such an exceptional group of leaders for an unforgettable evening.”
According to Business Elite, the “40 Under 40” distinction honors professionals who “demonstrate excellence across industries through innovation, leadership, and lasting impact.” The organization hosts events annually at locations including Dubai, Rome, Toronto, Amsterdam, Las Vegas, and Miami.
Babadelis manages Berkeley College partnerships with organizations including New York City FC, iHeartMedia, and NJ TRANSIT, as well as multimedia campaigns across various platforms. She is a co-host of “Teach Me Something,” an award-winning program produced by iHeartPodcasts.
Babadelis is the CEO of Dellas Management, a boutique firm specializing in strategic brand development and management. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Communications, and an Associate in Applied Science in Marketing Communications from Berkeley College.
