Pam Cohen, Vice President, People and Culture, Affinity Federal Credit Union
Pam Cohen has worked for more than 20 years in the Human Resources field. She has a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing an MBA from Berkeley College. Cohen currently works at a large credit union headquartered in New Jersey as Vice President of People and Culture. Prior to working at the credit union, she has worked for various global corporations in the actuarial and compliance industries. Her areas of expertise include human resources, HR consulting, learning, development and executive and leadership coaching. She helps organizations improve their organizational culture and employee engagement. She has developed and delivered management and leadership programs, as well as coached employees through career changes.
