“When I started my education, I knew Berkeley College was the right choice for me. I was able to live at home, work part-time and obtain an internship at a local law office while earning my degree.”

How is your Berkeley College campus unique?
Berkeley's Online campus stands out for its global reach, connecting with students worldwide. Our staff excels at building personal bonds in a remote setting, fostering a culture where students feel valued and understood. Students enrolled in our online programs receive the same level of support and attention as on-site students. Our online community thrives thanks to the variety of programs we offer, all aimed at fostering an environment of growth and learning. Despite the online format, students can access in-person support at any Berkeley College location.
What excites you about your job?
My job's core excitement lies in supporting our students. Being a Berkeley graduate myself, I understand the value of interaction, compassion, and care. These qualities define my daily interactions with my students, making a profound impact on their academic journey. I firmly believe in open communication and consistently encourage my students to express their needs, wants, and desires. This approach is key to ensuring their success.
What or who inspires you? Who are your role models or mentors?
I draw inspiration from the pursuit of personal growth, striving daily to improve upon yesterday's self. Immersing myself in knowledge from peers, supervisors, and upper management, I navigate a role without a strict manual, allowing for multifaceted learning. Berkeley's diverse leadership roles further inspire me, offering learning opportunities at every corner.
